In Japan the vehicle inspection certificate holder provided by assurance company is always cheap and tacky one. So P.F.S. decided to come out with its very own Vehicle document holder. They has card holder inside, so you can hold, not only vehicle inspection certificate, also maintenance record ,automobile liability insurance certificate and tax payment certificate etc. Don’t think of this item as leather goods.
They’re more along the lines of tool kit, so they are made of vinyl leather and cotton. The strap is not tight so you can put many things inside.
